If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations or changes can be made to the order once it has been prepared for delivery.

If you decide that the ultimate sleeping pad isn't right for you and you want your money back. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the pad and we will do what it takes to offer you a solution.
